The FreightSafe Warranty
Cochrane's Transport has teamed up with FreightSafe to offer customers extra piece of mind for valuable or easily damaged consignments. While we endeavour to provide the most secure and safe freight service this warranty provides a level of coverage for when the unforseen happens.
The FreightSafe Warranty is available to the majority of our customers at a low rate of $0.50 per consignment. It helps protect our customers against freight loss or damage of up to $2,000 per consignment. It comes with guaranteed quick claim settlement and no excess applied to the amount claimed, with the exception of glass related products.
The Claim Form and Terms and Conditions of the warranty are attached below. The claim process is simple and managed independently by FreightSafe.
